Mediation Process (Flowchart)
This step if you have complaint . But if you won't to come to the office of the clerk. You just have to answer through the office of the clerk of court. First step, you must to pre-trial referral from court. Then briefing selection of mediator and scheduling from the court. Next step mediation proper, mediator-parties, and lawyer come to listen the decision. Whether settled or not, if not setteled, back to court. Whether the decision settled or not. if not, trial judge proceeds to trial but if settled compromise agreement and judge approves. If the process has settled before back to court, compromise agreement. Then in BP 22, concurrence to the agreement by the prosecutor. Next will be got approval by the judge. Finally Implementation of agreement.
Flowchart (Individual)
If you want to change the lamp or
you have trouble with light. The first thing you must prepare is have a new
lamp. Second if the lamp has plugged in and bulb has burned out, then replace
the bulb. If the lamp doesn’t plugged in. you have to plug the lamp in. don’t
forget to check the bulb. If the bulb doesn’t burned out. You must to repair
the lamp. And done.

Junior High School
When i was second grade of junior high school. I became chairman of the student council. I don't know why my all friends chosen me. Beside that, i was happy because the all friends i had believe me about my leadership.The first day i became a leader. I got a job for the first time. Easy, but sometimes i asked my friends to help me complete the task. I had many support from my friends, teachers and many more. In my leadership, i tried to became the best. I met a lot of student leaders to share about their schools. I was interested with their leadership. Because their vision and mision makes me motivated.Many things that I do to be proud of me and school. But so are many things that i consider to be my fault. and i regret. But this is my experience as student leader. I think it was fun to be a student leader, because we will had a lot of friends from other schools and you will proud of yourself.

My Mother
What do you think about your mother? I think that my mother is a beautiful person. She is 44 years old. She has wave hair and black. She have light brown colored skin. She always make me happy every time, when I sad, when I get a complicated problem, even when her sad. She was a stronger mom that I have.
My mother, she was a nurse in rumah sakit islam Jakarta timur. She loves her family very much. She take care her family. She always looked strong even though she was sick. I have two sisters and azqi is my little sister. I always make my sister cry. And my mom always scolded me even though that wasn’t my mistake. Hahahah ya ya ya that my mom. But she always makes me miss her.
Many things that make me miss her. Such as sayur asem, tumis broccoli, Gule fish head. It just a little part of it. I don’t want to losing her. Because I really love her so mush. So my family too.
